(1) The Council shall have its own separate fund and the funds shall include the following amounts:-
(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal, (b) Funds received from any foreign government, international organization or foreign organization through the Government of Nepal, (c) Earnings from movable and immovable assets of the council. Amount,

(d) Amount provided by any person, organization or nation as a donation, aid, grant or donation,

(e) Amount received from any other source.

(2) All funds of the Council shall be deposited in the name of the Council by opening an account in Nepal Rastra Bank or any commercial bank.
(3) All the expenses to be incurred on behalf of the council shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(4) The operation of the account of the Council shall be as prescribed.
